Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Recruiting Partner AI, operated by Bill Fields Seminars, an individually owned business located at 936 79th St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33707 (“Recruiting Partner AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing or beginning a subscription, or otherwise using Recruiting Partner AI, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using Recruiting Partner AI on behalf of a company, brokerage, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Recruiting Partner AI

Recruiting Partner AI is a recruiting operating system designed primarily for real estate brokers, owners, managers, team leaders, recruiting directors, and other recruiting professionals.

The service may include recruiting workflow, prospect management, communication assistance, artificial intelligence, coaching, recruiting methodology, training, conversation practice, analytics, planning, and related functionality. Features may evolve as the service is improved.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Recruiting Partner AI.

You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accounts may not be shared except as expressly permitted by the subscription plan.

3. Subscription Plans

Recruiting Partner AI currently offers subscription options including:

Professional — $197 per month

One user.

Brokerage — $597 per month

Up to five total users, subject to the platform’s organization and seat-management rules.

Enterprise — Custom Pricing

Availability, user limits, pricing, and terms are established separately.

Applicable taxes may be added to subscription charges.

We may change pricing or plan structure in the future. Any changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated and applied in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented at the time of the change.

4. 14-Day Free Trial

Eligible Professional and Brokerage subscriptions may begin with a 14-day free trial.

A valid payment method may be required to begin the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your selected subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription at the applicable rate plus applicable tax.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged the recurring subscription fee.

Plan changes may be unavailable while a free trial is active.

5. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled.

By beginning a subscription, you authorize our payment provider to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee and taxes to your payment method at each renewal.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation options provided through Recruiting Partner AI.

If you cancel during a free trial, access continues through the scheduled trial expiration unless otherwise stated, and you will not be charged the recurring subscription fee.

If you cancel a paid subscription, cancellation stops future renewal. You generally retain access through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or recruiting data.

7. Plan Changes

Available plan-change options may depend on subscription status and billing-provider capabilities.

Paid Professional subscriptions may be eligible for upgrade to Brokerage. Applicable prorated charges may apply.

Brokerage subscriptions may be eligible to change to Professional subject to applicable seat, membership, invitation, billing, and timing requirements.

Plan changes may be restricted while a subscription is in a free trial, scheduled for cancellation, past due, or otherwise ineligible for modification.

8. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

You authorize us and our payment provider to process subscription charges, taxes, refunds where applicable, and other authorized billing transactions.

We do not control the payment provider’s banking, card-network, or financial-institution processing times.

9. Customer Data

You retain your rights in information and content you submit to Recruiting Partner AI.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, and otherwise use that information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information you upload or enter.

10. Recruiting Prospect and Third-Party Data

Recruiting Partner AI allows customers to maintain information concerning recruiting prospects and other business contacts.

You are responsible for ensuring that your collection, upload, use, communication, and maintenance of third-party information complies with applicable law and your own contractual or professional obligations.

You are also responsible for the recruiting communications you choose to send and for compliance with applicable telephone, text-message, email, privacy, advertising, employment, real-estate, and other laws or regulations that may apply to your activities.

11. Artificial Intelligence

Recruiting Partner AI includes AI-assisted functionality.

AI-generated responses, recommendations, scripts, analyses, summaries, coaching suggestions, and other output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

AI output is provided as an aid to human judgment.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material before relying on it, communicating it to another person, or using it to make a business decision.

We do not guarantee recruiting results, financial results, agent production, profitability, or any particular business outcome from use of the service.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use Recruiting Partner AI to violate applicable law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; engage in fraud, deception, harassment, or unlawful discrimination; send unlawful spam or communications; introduce malicious software or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access to the service or another user’s account; interfere with platform security or operation; reverse engineer or improperly extract proprietary portions of the service except where such restrictions are prohibited by law; resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access without authorization; or use the service in a manner reasonably likely to harm Recruiting Partner AI, its users, or third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the service.

13. Intellectual Property

Recruiting Partner AI, including its software, methodology, workflows, training materials, designs, branding, text, interfaces, and proprietary content, is owned by or licensed to Bill Fields Seminars and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the service under your subscription, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

“Recruiting Partner AI” and associated branding may not be used without authorization.

14. Availability and Changes

We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, security events, internet failures, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

We may modify or improve features over time. We will not intentionally eliminate the fundamental value of an active paid service without appropriate notice where required.

15. Data Retention After Subscription Ends

Ending a subscription does not automatically delete the organization or its data.

Under our current retention practices, organization and recruiting data may be preserved for up to 12 months after paid access ends to facilitate account reactivation and data recovery, unless otherwise required by law or an authorized deletion process.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECRUITING PARTNER AI IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL PRODUCE PARTICULAR RECRUITING, FINANCIAL, OR BUSINESS RESULTS.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILL FIELDS SEMINARS AND RECRUITING PARTNER AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RECRUITING PARTNER AI DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bill Fields Seminars and Recruiting Partner AI from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or information and communications you provide or initiate through the service.

19. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of material violation of these Terms, fraud or suspected fraudulent activity, security threats, unlawful activity, nonpayment, abuse of the platform, or legal requirements.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or Recruiting Partner AI will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the service, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Continued use of Recruiting Partner AI after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
