Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions for Recruiting Partner AI, operated by Bill Fields Seminars.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

Eligible Professional and Brokerage subscriptions may begin with a 14-day free trial.

A valid payment method may be required when the trial begins.

No recurring subscription fee is due during the 14-day trial.

Unless canceled before the trial expires, the subscription automatically converts to the selected paid monthly plan.

Current standard monthly pricing is:

Professional — $197/month plus applicable tax
Brokerage — $597/month plus applicable tax
Enterprise pricing is established separately.

2. Canceling During the Free Trial

You may cancel your subscription before the end of your 14-day free trial.

If you cancel before the trial expires:

You will not be charged the recurring monthly subscription fee.
Your subscription will not automatically renew into a paid monthly subscription.
Access may remain available through the scheduled end of the trial.

To avoid the first subscription charge, cancellation must be completed before the trial expiration shown in your account.

3. Paid Subscription Cancellation

Paid Recruiting Partner AI subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled.

You may cancel a paid subscription to prevent future renewal.

When a paid subscription is canceled:

No further monthly renewal will be scheduled after the current paid billing period.
You generally retain access to Recruiting Partner AI through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
Cancellation does not automatically delete your account, organization, or recruiting data.

4. Refunds

After a paid subscription period begins, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Because access remains available through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation, we generally do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused days within that billing period.

However, we may review exceptional circumstances, duplicate charges, billing errors, or other situations where a refund may be appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer right required by applicable law.

5. Plan Changes

Plan-change availability depends on subscription status and billing-provider capabilities.

A paid Professional subscription may be eligible for an immediate upgrade to Brokerage. A prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period may apply.

A Brokerage-to-Professional change may be subject to timing and eligibility requirements.

Changing plans does not ordinarily create a refund for previously used service.

Plan changes may be unavailable while a free trial is active.

6. Failed or Past-Due Payments

If a payment fails or becomes past due, access and billing status may be affected in accordance with our subscription and payment-processing procedures.

We may attempt to collect amounts properly due under the subscription.

7. Data After Cancellation

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically delete your account or recruiting data.

Under our current retention practices, organization and recruiting data may be retained for up to 12 months after paid access ends, allowing an eligible customer to reactivate service and recover their existing organization and recruiting information.

Permanent deletion is handled separately and may be subject to legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.

8. Billing Questions

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a duplicate charge, or have another billing issue, contact us promptly at support@recruitingpartnerai.com.

Please include enough information for us to identify the applicable account and transaction. Do not send complete payment-card numbers by email.
