Recruiting Partner AI is operated by Bill Fields Seminars, an individually owned business located at 936 79th St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33707 (“Recruiting Partner AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you visit the Recruiting Partner AI website, create an account, use the Recruiting Partner AI platform, request a demonstration, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

Users may enter, upload, import, or otherwise provide information concerning recruiting prospects and other business contacts. This information may include names, contact information, brokerage affiliation, business addresses, production information, recruiting status, notes, follow-up information, communications and activity history, recruiting assignments, publicly available professional or business information, and other information supplied by the user in connection with recruiting activities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information they provide to Recruiting Partner AI is collected, uploaded, maintained, and used in accordance with applicable laws and any obligations they have to the individuals concerned.

AI and Platform Interactions

We may process information you provide when using AI-powered features, including the Recruiting Message Generator, Follow-Up Campaign Builder, Conversation Simulator, Recruiting Opportunity Analyzer, Meet & Greet Strategy Builder, Recruiting Compensation Builder, Recruiting Blueprint, coaching and Guided Execution features, and other current or future Recruiting Partner AI functionality.

This may include prompts, responses, recruiting scenarios, notes, coaching information, and other content necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Billing Information

Payments and subscription billing are processed through our payment service provider. Recruiting Partner AI does not need to store your complete payment-card number to provide the service.

Our payment provider may collect and process payment-card information, billing address, tax-related information, transaction information, subscription status, and payment history. The payment provider’s handling of this information is governed by its own privacy and security practices.

Automatically Collected Information

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate recommendations. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying upon, sending, publishing, or acting on it. Recruiting Partner AI is intended to support human decision-making and business activity, not replace professional judgment.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

We may disclose information to service providers and technology partners that help us operate Recruiting Partner AI, including providers of cloud hosting and infrastructure, authentication, artificial intelligence, payment processing, email and communications, analytics, security, customer support, and application development and maintenance. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for us.

5. Customer-Provided Third-Party Information

Customers are responsible for determining whether they have an appropriate legal and business basis to collect, upload, contact, and otherwise use information concerning third parties. Recruiting Partner AI processes customer-provided information to provide and support the service.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Recruiting Partner AI, administer accounts, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records.

Under our current subscription lifecycle, when paid access ends, organization and recruiting data may be retained for up to 12 months to permit account reactivation and data recovery, unless a different period is required by law or an authorized deletion process applies. Cancellation of a subscription does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of account or recruiting data.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and account credentials and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Recruiting Partner AI and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, operate application functionality, improve performance, analyze use, and maintain security.

Where information was supplied to Recruiting Partner AI by one of our customers concerning a recruiting prospect or other third party, we may direct the request to the customer responsible for that information when appropriate.

Recruiting Partner AI is a business service and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children for use of the service.

Recruiting Partner AI may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties. Users should review the applicable policies of those services.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When material changes are made, we may update the Effective Date and provide additional notice when appropriate.

Continued use of Recruiting Partner AI after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
